Daniel has just been released from prison and is working to support his family. He wants to turn his life around, but social and financial stresses influence his return to old habits.
Role 2: Bryan

Character Background:
Bryan is Daniel’s close friend and colleague. He’s an honest, hardworking guy who always offers a hand to those who need it.
Role 3: Daniel’s Father

Filming days: 1 full day
Character Background:
Daniel’s father has been burned by Daniel’s repeated false promises to improve, and has become sceptical of his efforts. Pa serves as a stressor on Daniel’s path to success.
Role 4: Mr Liew
English-speaking role with local Singaporean accent
Screen age: 40-60s
Ethnicity: Chinese
Filming days: 1 full day
Character Background:
Mr Liew is Daniel’s supervisor at work. He holds a negative view of ex-offenders like Daniel and treats him harshly. Mr Liew serves as another social stressor for Daniel.
