Jigsaw Casting is seeking Double Dutch Jump Rope Skippers, a Cool Cyclist and Various Musicians who play these instruments: Stand up Bass, Violin and Brass i.e Trombone or Trumpet..etc for an Automotive Commercial in Toronto!
Looking for the following roles:
Double Dutch Jump Rope Skippers – Ages 10 – 25. Any gender. Solo or a group. Must have some experience with double dutch. Ideally they can do some tricks. Please have one person fill out the application form on behalf of the group.
Stand up Bass Musician. Age 35 to 45. Any Gender.
Violinist. Age 35 to 45. Any Gender.
Brass instruments Musician. Must have experience playing a brass instrument such as a Trombone or Trumpet..etc. Age 35 to 45. Any Gender.
Cool Cyclist Girl or Guy. Age 18 to 25. Someone cool and hip looking who rides a bike.
*Please note: All musicians must have experience with the instrument they are applying with. They will not be recorded for sound, but they need to look like they are playing to the track being played – so need to know how to play their instrument.

Pay is approx. $1,500 per person. This is an ACTRA campaign. Non-union members are welcome to apply. Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
All talent over the age of 12 must be double vaccinated. COVID test will be required prior to shoot for all talent age 3 and up. No zoom call auditions, will book directly based on self tapes you submit online.

Wardrobe: Dec 10th, 2021.
Covid Test: Dec 9th, 2021.
Shoot Date: (Night Shoots – Dec 11,12,13 or 14 with weather hold Dec 15th. – TBD WHICH DAY NEEDED).
*Production and talent will follow all COVID SAFETY ON SET PROTOCOL.
**Starting Dec 9th – the ACCP (association of Canadian Commercial Productions) has mandated that all film crew and Talent over the age of 12 MUST BE fully Vaccinated in order to be on set . Proof of vaccination will be required. Any individual who does not meet this requirement will not be employed. The only permitted exceptions are those who are medically exempt which would excuse them from Vaccination.
