Remote Group: * LIVE trainer-led workout * Customized meal plans tailored to your specific goals * Registered dietitian nutritional support * Fitness group support * Some participants may be eligible to receive meal reimbursements.
Santa Monica group: * FREE custom meals and supplements * LIVE in person fitness training (in Santa Monica)
Participants are expected to participate in photo and video documentation of transformation process.
