Royal Star Theatre is announcing audition dates for our Fall show, Newsies!
We’re looking for kids and adults, ages 8 and up, to come out and audition!
Auditions will be held Saturday July 20th from 1-4 PM
Please be prepared to sing 16 bars of a song (not from Newsies!) and wear comfortable clothes for learning a short dance routine. If you have tap shoes, please bring them as some songs will require tapping of some cast members.
Be aware that for some traditional “male” roles we will be considering both men and women.
Rehearsals are scheduled to be on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons, starting the week after auditions.
Shows will be the first two weekends of November.
